    1. Hi Jonathan, butter beer is non-alcoholic. It is a velvety smooth butterscotch drink. It gets a head on it like beer as it’s poured from a tap, and it’s texture is pure heaven. I couldn’t drink much of it as my sugar intake is pretty low, so anything sweet I don’t care for too much. But I did sip my share of Matt and Shelby’s in small doses — when they let me!


      1. Sounds like ginger beer, available on this side of the pond. Of course…they wouldn’t serve alcoholic drink in a restaurant aimed at at he younger movie fan crowd. What was I thinking?????
